Artis HR are on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced organisation within the telecoms sector on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support leaders across the business, acting as a trusted people partner through day-to-day HR matters and periods of change.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with managers to provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit
- Managing a range of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances
- Advising on organisational change, restructures and consultation processes
- Supporting performance management and annual people cycles
- Providing guidance on reward, pay reviews and role alignment
- Working collaboratively with wider HR and specialist teams
- Ensuring HR practices align with employment legislation and best practice
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role
- Strong employee relations capability and confidence handling complex cases
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law
- The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a fast-paced or operational environment
