We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation that is investing heavily in technology, digital transformation and user adoption initiatives across the business. As part of a growing IT and Business Change function, we’re looking for a Technology Training & Change Specialist to play a key role in ensuring employees successfully adopt new technologies, systems and ways of working. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, developing digital content and helping people navigate change within a professional environment.

The Role

Working across a range of technology and business change projects, you’ll lead the design and delivery of training solutions that enable successful adoption of new systems and processes. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging learning content, delivering training sessions and developing innovative approaches to learning that support a diverse workforce.

  • Leading training workstreams across multiple change and transformation projects
  • Designing and delivering engaging learning solutions for end users
  • Creating eLearning modules, instructional videos and digital learning content using tools such as Adobe Captivate
  • Producing user guides, quick reference materials and knowledge resources
  • Delivering virtual and face-to-face training sessions
  • Supporting technology adoption initiatives through webinars, floorwalking and go-live support
  • Developing micro-learning content and video-based training materials
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand learning needs and drive engagement
  • Supporting wider change management and user adoption activities

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong training expertise with a passion for technology and change. You’ll likely have experience in a role such as IT Trainer, Digital Learning Specialist, Learning Consultant, Change Trainer, Technology Adoption Specialist or similar.

  • Experience delivering technology-focused training programmes
  • Strong eLearning and digital content creation skills
  • Experience using tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar learning platforms
  • The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting organisational change and technology adoption initiatives
  • A creative approach to learning design and user engagement
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • The flexibility to support occasional travel to UK offices when required
