We are seeking exceptionally talented professional with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our team at the Associate 1 level. The firm has a very strong pipeline and live mandates with highly visible tech brands in the UK and the US.
This is a highly dynamic team with an entrepreneurial spirit; you will get direct exposure to the firm’s partners, with an opportunity to take on bigger challenges and more strategic work as you demonstrate your capabilities.
Our fund advisory and exit preparation work will allow you to work directly with entrepreneurs and funds to help them develop their portfolio/company exit strategy well ahead of the exit.
This is expected to be an on‑premise role based in our London office, with flexibility to work from home up to one day per week.
Right to work in the UK Candidates must have an indefinite right to work in the UK; UK visa sponsorship cannot be provided.
Exceptions for US‑based applicants:
US graduates who qualify under the UK’s High Potential Individual (HPI) visa scheme are eligible to apply. This 2‑year visa is available to recent graduates (within the last 5 years) from eligible top global universities, including 20 leading US universities. Candidates applying under this exception must have an indefinite right to work in the US (US citizens, permanent residents, etc.) to enable potential relocation after 2 years.
If graduates do not qualify under the UK’s HPI visa scheme, but have an indefinite right to work in the US (US citizens, etc.), we may consider an on‑premise role in New Orleans, LA where one of our Managing Partners is based.
Note: For candidates under exceptions 1 or 2, you must have existing work authorization for your intended employment duration. We cannot provide visa sponsorship or extend work authorization.
