Requirements
- Strong customer facing skills being able to work closely across multiple business units from IT/Security through to non-technical end users and C-Suite.
- Comfortable working with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver demos, run workshops and communicate technical details to a wide audience.
- Strong technical architecture skills and able to deploy known patterns for working with APIs, event-driven systems, authentications/authorisation, and bespoke data heavy systems with an understanding of risks and benefits of implementation.
- Cloud computing expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP) with IaC tooling able to deploy, debug, and maintain infrastructure using modern serverless technologies.
- Strong coding ability and able to get hands on with building bespoke integrations for customers both within our platform and as custom applications where applicable.
- A motivated ‘self-starter’ that can take ambiguous, messy requirements and work with multiple teams to deliver solutions from architecture and design through to implementation and delivery.
- (Desirable) Experience with Insurance.
- (Desirable) Experience with Terraform, Python, and any functional programming languages.
- (Desirable) Worked before in a highly visible role working directly with customers.

- Solutions Architects are a core part of a Field team working closely with our customers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product teams to deliver complex integrations.

- You’ll sit at the edge of our product and help push at the limits in the art of the possible.
- You’ll thrive in tackling novel problems and take ownership in solving them whilst working closely with engineers, sales, and customers.
- You’ll also need to ‘see through’ problem descriptions and realise solutions that customers may never have thought of.
