About The Role
- Plan, track and manage delivery across multiple client implementations, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, coordinating across engineering, product and commercial teams.
- Translate client requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones and dependencies.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Drive clear communication, reporting and governance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, templates and ways of working as the company scales.
About You
- You have experience managing technical projects or programmes, ideally delivering software products to clients.
- You are comfortable working with engineering teams and understand modern software delivery practices.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
- You are highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment with evolving priorities.
- You take ownership of outcomes and are motivated by delivering high-quality client experiences.
Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech or regulated environments.
