Artificial is building transformative technology for the specialty (re)insurance market, seeking a founding Forward Deployed Designer to shape how problem framing and configuration come together. You’ll define the FDD function within the Platform team and later help grow the Transform team with client-facing work and hiring.
You’ll collaborate across customer sessions and engineering to translate needs into credible platform-valid solutions, coaching junior designers and codifying patterns.
