As a Solutions Architect, youâre responsible for turning spreadsheets and slides into functioning solutions.
You will sit at the intersection of customer needs and our core product capabilities. - Deploy and maintain secure, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code to support bespoke customer deployments.
- Work closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to feed customer insights back into the core platform, helping to push the boundaries of the product's capabilities.
About you
- Strong customer facing skills being able to work closely across multiple business units from IT/Security through to non-technical end users and C-Suite.
- Comfortable working with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver demos, run workshops and communicate technical details to a wide audience.
- Strong technical architecture skills and able to deploy known patterns for working with APIs, event-driven systems, authentications/authorisation, and bespoke data heavy systems with an understanding of risks and benefits of implementation.
- Cloud computing expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP) with IaC tooling able to deploy, debug, and maintain infrastructure using modern serverless technologies.
- Strong coding ability and able to get hands on with building bespoke integrations for customers both within our platform and as custom applications where applicable.
