We are seeking an innovative Lead Agentic Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of advanced Agentic AI solutions tailored for our existing business streams. Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise applications and data streams.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps for the evolution of our Agentic AI capabilities, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and platforms, with a strong emphasis on capabilities for autonomous agents and intelligent decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable and high-performance Agentic AI architectures.
- Design and implement robust monitoring, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms for deployed agentic systems to ensure optimal performance and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems, autonomous decision-making, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integrating LLMs into agentic frameworks.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps principles.
- Demonstrated ability to architect solutions that integrate with diverse existing enterprise data sources and legacy systems.
