Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise applications and data streams.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps for the evolution of our Agentic AI capabilities, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and platforms, with a strong emphasis on capabilities for autonomous agents and intelligent decision‑making.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable and high‑performance Agentic AI architectures.
• Design and implement robust monitoring, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms for deployed agentic systems to ensure optimal performance and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems, integrating relevant innovations.
• Champion best practices for AI ethics, governance, and responsible deployment, ensuring solutions are transparent, fair, and secure.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Agentic AI architectures, multi‑agent systems, autonomous decision‑making, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and integrating LLMs into agentic frameworks.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, fault‑tolerant AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps principles.
• Demonstrated ability to architect solutions that integrate with diverse existing enterprise data sources and legacy systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex technical projects, managing cross‑functional teams, and influencing strategic technical decisions.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements in enterprise AI deployments.
