Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Reporting To: UCL Contracts Manager

Artic Building Services Ltd is an established and recognised leader within the M&E and Facilities Management sector. Via our standards and reputation within this industry we have successfully attained a solid foundation of varied blue-chip clients both commercial and public. In order to continue this growth, the company requires strengthening of the existing structure by employing a Runner who will support the professionalism and technical depth Artic wishes to demonstrate to its clients. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual to make an impact within a growing business.

Skills Required:

  • Current and Clean UK driver’s license or Commonwealth (NZ, Australian etc.) driver’s license (as long as you have been here less than a year)
  • Working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment (not necessary but advantage)
  • Ability to develop and be part of a team
  • Manage their own time, works and paperwork
  • Positive attitude “can do will do”
  • Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
  • Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales when on site

Job Duties:

  • Dropping off and picking up parts and equipment around the UCL Campus and supporting the Air Conditioning engineers on site
  • Going to suppliers to pick up parts and equipment
  • When you have downtime you will be required to help the engineers with their work under supervision
  • You will be able to take the van home each day if you like or it can be left onsite
