Job Role: Projects Junior Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

To provide support to all core works administration across the Department ensuring basic job and commercial data is updated.

Job Duties:
- Tracking of incoming enquiries and ensuring, by supporting the team, they are issued on time, possess supporting vetting doc's, escalating any queries to Nicola and Sean.
- Support the Managers in the day to day administration of the project as deemed required. This will focus on but not be exhaustive to: PO's /Chasing parts /Supporting deliveries/RAM's/Quotes/Amtech updates/Permits + General job related Comm's
- Coordinate all Work in Progress (WIP) ensuring all financial information is managed and up-to-date and tracked with budget/tender allowances, commitments and deviations highlighted and managed.
- Ensure that necessary interface information between clients, sub-contractors and other departments is provided in a timely manner as per the manager’s requirements.
- Validate and update Amtech software including estimates in progress, revisions and dates.
- Chasing and Logging of timesheets and expenses for the projects department.
- Provide accurate reporting of cost and value on the project(s) in line with the Company’s reporting process.
