Artic Building Services Ltd is an established and recognised leader within the M&E and Facilities Management sector. Via our standards and reputation within this industry we have successfully attained a solid foundation of varied blue-chip clients both commercial and public. It is recognised training and support from the Head of Dept., Helpdesk Manager and other Contract Managers will be made available, together with core training on CAFM or contract operational activities.
Must have experience of managing high profile acute contracts taking overall contractual, operational and financial responsibility for these.
Skills Required:
- Ability to accurately estimate HVAC and Electrical work.
- Proven history of delivering robust performance and KPI reporting to clients.
- Proven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.

- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, CAFM – Again training to be provided.
- Experience of working within a challenging Service + Maintenance related environment either within the field and/or office.
- Commercially astute, driven and a self-starter.
- Ability to meet and where possible exceed required Performance and Commercial targets with support from Dept. Management.
- Demonstrate consistent excellent standards of due diligence.
- Adaptable to a variety of works and contract demands.
- Adept in providing solutions to client needs, together with maximising potential sales opportunities.
- Industry or HVAC experience & qualifications would be an advantage.
- Able to prioritise and multi-task to a high level, whilst achieving strict deadlines.
- Be expected to support with all issues concerning projects, service and maintenance matters for these required clients.
Job Duties:
- Focal to ensuring assigned contracts are provided the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery across all works on site.
- Ensure, with support from H&S parties, all works on site are delivered in a safe manner with all H&S company protocols adhered, escalating any queries or incidents immediately to internal parties, supporting with required resolution thereafter.
- Ensure that contracts are operated in accordance with the company’s procedures, operational and financial processes, Client Contract KPI’s and work instructions.
- Responsible for the management and reporting of budgets and their expenditure.
- Ensure all works/records/compliance data are kept UTD on site and in the back office to the appropriate standards.
- Operate within financial budget constraints providing services which are cost effective and fit for purpose.
- Overall responsibility for process and site conduct on your contracts, of all staff either directly or indirectly employed covering services for which the company are responsible, escalating any issues to the relevant Department Management.
- Develop operating procedures and policies to achieve best working practices. To meet all key performance and management indicators within the contract and company alike.
- Responsible for developing client relationships to ensure retention of contract and future opportunities.
- Ability to provide detailed quotes on contract plant/services with full scope and cost breakdown. Again, Company CAFM training will be provided.
- Responsible for the undertaking of quality assurance inspections on a predetermined amount of all works delivered and record.
- Self-audit and gain support to review on a weekly basis, all core Company CAFM reports ensuring they are within expected company parameters.
- Attend monthly contract review meetings and produce the report for review with Head of Dept./ Contract Managers.
- Provide technical and admin support to the client and Artic support staff.
