The aim of the KCH Supervisor is to ensure the efficient and satisfactory functionality of the Service & Maintenance contract at KCH for Artic Building Services to guarantee smooth and safe running of the contract.
Qualifications / Skills
- Fully qualified A/C Engineer with Level 2 refrigeration and F-Gas Cat 1 HTM-03 (AP or CP)
- Organised
- Confident
- Pro-active
- Due diligent / Accurate
- Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have good people skills and be able to manage engineers
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Provide health and safety assistance to the Contract
- Carry out FGAS audits and keep up to date
- Organise structure to returning cylinders to wholesaler
- Assist with organising OOH Labour
- Carry out site audits and action any arising points
- Carry out AHU audits after Critical PPM’s
- Organise ADD/BK1/PPM Labour on a daily basis
- Carry out subcontractor audits and action any arising points
- Attend Health and Safety Committee meetings
- Carry out audits on site tools and equipment
- Support with all health and safety queries/documentation within the department
- Monitors levels of health and safety documentation being carried out across the department
- Attends Health and Safety site/committee meetings
- Support the Site Managers with daily/general health and safety matters
- Provides support training regarding Health and Safety
- Chairperson of weekly management meetings
- Carry out additional works when necessary
- Assist with technical support on jobs
