Artic Building Services is a leader in Hard Facilities Management across London and the Home Counties. We offer a comprehensive suite of technical and engineering solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of your Mechanical, Electrical, and Hard FM Plant.

Location: London & Surrounding Counties

Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

Skills Required:

  • Possess relevant and up-to-date associated F-GAS and NVQ Qualifications.
  • Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
  • A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
  • Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plan.
  • Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
  • Capable of building long-term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective.
  • Positive attitude “can do will do”.
  • Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.

Job Duties:

  • Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site.
  • Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments.
  • Provide further works reports where required.
  • Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required.
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
  • Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management.
  • Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable.
  • Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday.
