Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to HVAC systems on sites.
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including risk assessments.
- Provide further works reports where required.
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required.
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management.
- Collect parts from supplier or head office where applicable.
- Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday.
Required Skills
- Industry qualifications including F-Gas Level 2.
- Comprehensive working experience with VRVs/VRFs, FCUs, Multi-splits, Splits & AHU systems.
- A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
- Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage own time, work, and paperwork.
- Capable of building long-term relationships with clients both existing and prospective.
- Positive attitude "can do will do".
- Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.
- Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales.
- Provide technical support to administration staff as required.
