Job Role: AC Engineer

Location: UCL Campus

Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

Skills Required

  • Possess relevant and up to date associated F-GAS and NVQ qualifications.
  • Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
  • A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
  • Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plan.
  • Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
  • Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective.
  • Positive attitude can do will do. Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.

Job Duties

  • Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site.
  • Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments.
  • Provide further works reports where required.
  • Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required.
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
  • Use CAFM System as required.
  • Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management.
  • Collect parts from supplier or head office where applicable.
  • Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday.
