Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to HVAC systems on sites.
  • Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including risk assessments.
  • Provide further works reports where required.
  • Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required.
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
  • Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management.
  • Collect parts from supplier or head office where applicable.
  • Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday.

Required Skills

  • Industry qualifications including F-Gas Level 2.
  • Comprehensive working experience with VRVs/VRFs, FCUs, Multi-splits, Splits & AHU systems.
  • A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
  • Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage own time, work, and paperwork.
  • Capable of building long-term relationships with clients both existing and prospective.
  • Positive attitude “can do will do”.
  • Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.
  • Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales.
  • Provide technical support to administration staff as required.
