We provide support to all core works administration across the Department ensuring basic job and commercial data is updated.

  • Job Duties
  • Tracking of incoming enquiries and supporting the team; ensuring timely issuance, possession of supporting vetting documents and escalating any queries to Nicola and Sean.
  • Support Managers with day‑to‑day project administration as required, including PO management, parts chasing, delivery support, RAMs, quotes, AMTECH updates, permits and general communications.
  • Coordinate Work in Progress, keeping all financial information up‑to‑date, tracking budgets/tender allowances, commitments and deviations.
  • Provide necessary interface information between clients, subcontractors and other departments in a timely manner.
  • Validate and update AMTECH software, including estimates, revisions and dates.
  • Log and chase timesheets and expenses for the projects department.
  • Provide accurate cost and value reporting on projects in line with the company reporting process.
  • Support basic Health and Safety administration.
