Arthur is partnering with a Specialty (Re)Insurer seeking an Underwriting Services Analyst to join their team. In this position, you will work closely with the Underwriting Services Team Lead, supporting the day-to-day technical operations across multiple departments, including underwriting, finance, claims, operations, and compliance. You will also coordinate with offshore teams to ensure efficient task resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between underwriting teams, finance, and external stakeholders such as brokers, underwriters, and carriers.
  • Assist in organising, prioritising, and allocating work requests to outsourced teams.
  • Oversee premium, claims, and processing requests handled by offshore teams.
  • Process and review premium and claims transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage credit control reporting and liaise with third parties.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the development of systems and operational processes.
