Arthur is partnering with an innovative Lloyd’s syndicate to hire an Underwriting Operations Team Leader.
This is a key role focused on driving efficiency, automation, and process improvements, while ensuring seamless collaboration between the operations team and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & develop a team of Underwriting Assistants, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and professional growth of team members.
- Establish and standardise operational processes across underwriting operations.
- Manage and resolve escalations related to underwriting systems and workflows.
- Ensure efficient, accurate workflow management between underwriting operations and partners.
- Build and maintain strong external relationships, leading partner meetings and workshops.
