Are you a senior transformation leader ready to shape one of Europe's most ambitious multi-market change programmes? This is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile Transformation & Change function that is investing heavily in a multi-region expansion across digital modernisation, operational uplift, and AI-driven workflow optimisation as part of their growth strategy.

You will be stepping into a senior role with genuine influence, broad scope, and a clear mandate to drive measurable outcomes. The organisation is modernising processes, uplifting underwriting and operational workflows, introducing new product lines, enhancing affinity offerings, and delivering a pan-European transformation across several major workstreams.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering cross-functional change initiatives, leading complex transformation programmes, and shaping the delivery environment across multiple European locations. Your work will directly improve speed, accuracy, decision-making, and customer experience through technology, automation, and AI adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

  • Lead multi-stream transformation across several regions
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to define and deliver strategic change
  • Drive AI and workflow automation initiatives that materially uplift business performance
  • Influence operating models across Europe
  • Join a growing transformation function with strong investment, strong leadership, and clear executive sponsorship
  • Work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in office, plus monthly European travel)

You will have autonomy, visibility, and the platform to deliver high-impact change across a complex, multinational environment if you have the below:

  • 5+ years delivering transformation in insurance or financial services
  • 6–7 years shaping large-scale programmes (Big 4 or similar highly desirable)
  • Experience leading multi-workstream, multi-region transformation
  • Hands-on delivery expertise — not just oversight
  • Strong stakeholder, communication, and influencing skills
  • Exposure to AI, workflow automation, underwriting, or operational transformation
  • Agile delivery experience and comfort operating in regulated environments
