One of our long-standing clients is preparing for a key transition as their current Claims Manager looks ahead to retirement, and we’re now on the lookout for their successor.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a S enior Claims Professional or established Claims Manager with 10–15+ years\' experience handling high-value, complex Property & Casualty claims , ideally with a focus on fire, liability , and some niche water losses .
The role sits within a small but highly capable team - experienced, collaborative, and largely self-sufficient. This isn’t about micromanagement; it’s about oversight, leadership, and still being very hands-on with technical, challenging claims. If you still enjoy getting stuck in (and even learning a thing or two from niche claims you\'ve likely never seen before), this could be a perfect match.
You’ll work across both commercial and personal lines, with exposure to a wide range of risks, and have a real impact during a pivotal moment for the team.
