What you’ll be doing:

  • Run the full 360 recruitment process within reinsurance.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Headhunt and build talent pools.
  • Achieve sales targets and consistently increase gross profit.
  • Help shape the continued growth of the reinsurance division.
  • Stay up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the insurance market.
  • Conduct client and candidate in‑person meetings.
  • Develop an annual business plan.
