Senior Project Manager - Insurance Transformation

About the Opportunity
We're supporting a leading international insurance organisation undertaking a significant programme of business transformation and operational change across multiple jurisdictions. This role will play a key part in delivering strategic initiatives spanning operating model implementation, business process transformation, governance enhancement and organisational change. Working across a diverse stakeholder group, you'll help drive initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency and long-term strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex business transformation and change initiatives from mobilisation through to delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance structures, RAID logs and reporting.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, operations, technology and change functions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support decision-making forums.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Drive business readiness, implementation planning and transition activities.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve programme objectives.
Experience Required
- Demonstrable Project or Programme Management experience within Insurance, Financial Services or another regulated environment.
- Experience delivering operating model, business change or transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
- Experience working within complex matrix organisations.
- Strong governance, planning and delivery capability.
