A leading Retail insurer is hiring a Senior Portfolio Pricing Analyst to strengthen its Pricing function in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering performance insights, forecasting and portfolio analysis to support commercial decision-making across multiple Retail lines.
What you'll be doing:
- Analysing portfolio performance and key drivers across products/channels
- Producing LR/COR forecasts, profit trajectories and budgeting insights
- Working with Pricing, Finance, Claims and Reserving teams to improve outcomes
- Providing actionable, data-led recommendations based on internal & external data
What we're looking for:
- Experience in insurance pricing, portfolio, trading or actuarial analytics
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, EMBLEM, RADAR, Databricks (or similar)
- Understanding of Retail performance metrics (LR, COR, forecasts etc.)

Manchester
