We're partnering with a fast-growing insurance business that is investing heavily in technology, operational excellence and data-driven decision making. As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Senior Underwriting Operations Analyst to deputise for the Head of Operations and play a key role in driving underwriting data quality, governance and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive underwriting data quality and governance across multiple systems.
  • Produce MI, exception reporting and support Lloyd's regulatory reporting (PMDR/CDR).
  • Investigate data issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Partner with Underwriting, Delegated Authority, Exposure Management, IT and Compliance teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support audits and help shape data governance standards.

You'll have experience in Underwriting Operations, Data Governance or Data Quality within the Lloyd's or London Market, with a strong understanding of PMDR, CDR and Bordereaux reporting, alongside excellent analytical skills and experience working with insurance data.
