Job Description
Arthur is exclusively partnered with a growing, international Insurance Brokers who is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you’ll work closely with broking teams across London, Europe, and global offices. Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with brokers, clients, and insurers to create and maintain invoices and work packages.
- Ensure internal processes and controls are consistently followed.
- Support and drive the effective use of systems and tools for policy management.
- Manage Lloyd’s of London submissions against agreed SLAs, following up as required.
- Handle submission and invoice queries to ensure smooth payment processing.
- Process complex claims settlements, recoveries, and fee payments.
We’re looking for someone with strong Lloyd’s market experience with a strong understanding of insurance invoicing and processing, Xchanging applications including IMR and ECF, and policy documents such as MRCs and premium calculations. Experience in Credit Insurance or Political Risk is highly valued, alongside solid knowledge of placement taxes and financial transactions. Advanced Excel and MS Office skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with international teams.
