We’re partnering with a global insurer undergoing a major multi-year transformation, redefining how underwriting, policy administration, and data flow across the business. This is a senior, high-impact BA role sitting at the heart of delivery—working directly with underwriting, technology, and leadership to drive real change.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements across complex, enterprise-level initiatives
- Bridge the gap between underwriting, IT, and data teams
- Drive process, data and system improvements across policy administration and downstream integrations
- Own high-quality deliverables (user stories, process/data flows, functional specs)
- Play a key role in UAT, solution shaping, and stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- 7 years BA experience within London Market / Lloyd’s insurance
- Strong exposure to underwriting / policy admin transformation
- Experience working closely with Dev, QA, and architecture teams
- Ability to challenge stakeholders and shape requirements (not just document them)
- Experience across Agile & Waterfall environments
- Policy administration systems experience essential (Guidewire highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of data flows / integrations
