Senior Associate

I am partnering with a highly regarded insurance company to recruit a Senior Associate to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial business in a broad and varied role, offering exposure across syndicate operations, delegated authority, governance and regulatory reporting. Working within a small, collaborative team, the successful candidate will take ownership of key operational processes, work closely with senior stakeholders and drive improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee key Syndicate operational processes, including month-end activities, reconciliations and Lloyd's regulatory reporting.
• Produce management information, analysis and committee reporting to support senior decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives and enhancements to operational controls.
• Work closely with Underwriting, Finance, Claims and Reserving teams to support business objectives.
• We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience within the Lloyd's or London Insurance Market, ideally in Syndicate Operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data management, reconciliations and reporting.
• Good understanding of operational governance, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Confident stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
