Key requirements
- Insurance experience - not limited to Lloyd's Market.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the risk management framework.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the risk appetite framework, with regular reporting to senior management on the organisation's risk appetite position.
- Play an active role in supporting the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process.
- Help develop, maintain, and continuously improve the risk management system, reporting tools, and associated governance processes.
