A newly created senior role is available for a Personal Lines Pricing Manager within a newly formed Pricing & Analytics team, designed to centralise and strengthen pricing capabilities. This is for a UK-based specialist underwriting business focused on motor and home insurance that operates as part of a larger global insurance group. It offers a range of niche consumer and commercial products, including standard and non-standard cover, and generates over Β£300 million in annual gross written premium. Backed by increased investment, the pricing team will play a key role in supporting future business growth.

Essential requirements
- Strong experience in UK Personal Lines Motor insurance β in addition, specialist motor and household experience is highly advantageous
- Proven hands-on capability in pricing model development and rate optimisation
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, and commercial mindset
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication / presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with a range of pricing tools such as Radar/Emblem, R, Python, and Excel
- Degree-level qualification in a numerate discipline
- Evidence of ability and appetite to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving growth business
