A well known Lloyds syndicate are looking for an MI Analyst to join their growing Management Information team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of reporting and analytics across the business, supporting strategic decision-making through high quality management information and data insights. Working closely with stakeholders across underwriting and business functions, you will play a key role in developing management information, enhancing reporting capabilities, and delivering meaningful analysis that drives business performance.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying relational databases.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik).
- Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF.
- Confidence communicating with and supporting non‑technical stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an MI, reporting, or data analysis role.

- Knowledge of Power Query
