This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Delegated Authority Claims function within a well regarded London Market insurer. You will take ownership of claims bordereaux processes while playing a key role in ensuring data quality oversight and regulatory compliance across delegated claims arrangements. You will work closely with experienced stakeholders across claims and delegated authority gaining strong exposure to oversight reporting and governance. With a clear pathway to develop your technical skillset this role offers a strong platform for progression within delegated claims and bordereaux.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, reviewing and processing claims bordereaux ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Producing reporting on claims data trends and performance metrics
  • Identifying data quality issues and driving improvements across bordereaux processes
  • Working closely with outsourced providers to ensure smooth bordereaux management
  • Investigating and resolving breaches across delegated authority arrangements
  • Supporting the Claims Delegated Authority Manager across day to day oversight activities
  • Contributing to conduct risk initiatives and supporting strong customer outcomes
