Job Description

?? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager to join a growing advisory practice – this will be supporting clients across the specialty insurance sector ??Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements focused on operational resilience and third party risk management across the insurance and reinsurance market.
  • Conduct gap analyses, maturity assessments, and control testing aligned to relevant regulations (e.g., PRA/FCA, DORA).
  • Support the design and implementation of frameworks covering impact tolerances, important business services, scenario testing, and third party risk controls.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage project delivery, resource planning, and quality assurance across multiple assignments.
  • Provide subject matter input on resilience strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, and supplier risk oversight.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, proposals, and client pitches.
  • Support internal development of methodologies, tools, and market insight within the resilience and third party risk space.
