?? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager to join a growing advisory practice – this will be supporting clients across the specialty insurance sector ??Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements focused on operational resilience and third party risk management across the insurance and reinsurance market.
- Conduct gap analyses, maturity assessments, and control testing aligned to relevant regulations (e.g., PRA/FCA, DORA).
- Support the design and implementation of frameworks covering impact tolerances, important business services, scenario testing, and third party risk controls.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams and senior stakeholders.
- Manage project delivery, resource planning, and quality assurance across multiple assignments.
- Provide subject matter input on resilience strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, and supplier risk oversight.
- Contribute to business development efforts, proposals, and client pitches.
- Support internal development of methodologies, tools, and market insight within the resilience and third party risk space.
