Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic transformation programmes.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, project plans, RAID logs and reporting.
- Coordinate multiple business, operational and technology workstreams.
- Support implementation of new operating models, processes and ways of working.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, operational teams and delivery partners.
- Manage programme risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Facilitate business readiness, implementation and transition activities.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Strong Project or Programme Management experience gained within Insurance, Reinsurance, Financial Services or another regulated industry.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation, organisational change or operating model initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong governance, planning, risk and dependency management capability.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience operating within complex matrix environments.
