We’re partnering with a global insurer undergoing a major multi-year transformation, redefining how underwriting, policy administration, and data flow across the business. This is a senior, high-impact BA role sitting at the heart of delivery—working directly with underwriting, technology, and leadership to drive real change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements across complex, enterprise-level initiatives
  • Bridge the gap between underwriting, IT, and data teams
  • Drive process, data and system improvements across policy administration and downstream integrations
  • Own high-quality deliverables (user stories, process/data flows, functional specs)
  • Play a key role in UAT, solution shaping, and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

  • 7 years BA experience within London Market / Lloyd’s insurance
  • Strong exposure to underwriting / policy admin transformation
  • Experience working closely with Dev, QA, and architecture teams
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders and shape requirements (not just document them)
  • Experience across Agile & Waterfall environments
  • Policy administration systems experience essential (Guidewire highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of data flows / integrations
