We are working exclusively with a growing Syndicate who are looking for a qualified reserving actuary to join their team in London. This position has been created due to a combination of high performance and growth. It reports into the Head of Reserving and there are more junior members in the team that you can help mentor with the possibility of management, if that's what you would like.

The day to day will be varied helping establish the reserving function further, which makes it a highly important hire for the business and also a very impactful position. You will be working with stakeholders across the business and sitting on the reserve committee.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified reserving actuary with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a Lloyd's environment. This role is paying up to £120k depending on experience and will require you to be in the office 4 days a week.
