What you’ll be doing:
- Running the full 360 recruitment process within Legal
- Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunting and building talent pools
- Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
- Helping shape the continued growth of our Legal division
- Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
- Attending client & candidate in person meetings
- Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment industry and experience within Legal
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Team player who enjoys being part of a close‑knit, high‑performing group
