An opportunity has arisen for an Operations professional to join the leadership team of a rapidly growing Lloyd’s syndicate as an Operations Manager. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play a key part in shaping and strengthening the business’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support an operations team of five.
- Take responsibility of data design, capture and quality, while supporting IT and system development to meet operational needs.
- Contribute to business planning, process improvement, and risk & compliance activities.
- Work collaboratively across all functions of the syndicate and support senior leaders on strategic operational initiatives.
Experience required:
