Arthur is seeking a driven operations professional to join our growing specialty insurance business as we expand international underwriting activity. You will own the operational journey for new MGA programmes from due diligence through onboarding and launch, coordinating across Underwriting, Finance, Claims, Legal, Actuarial and Tech teams. You’ll be central to how new programmes are assessed, introduced and governed, driving process improvements, data quality and reporting.
