The role
There's never been a better time to join Arthur, especially within our Contract team. We're growing at pace and investing heavily in this area, creating an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us and be part of that growth. You'll be working a well established desk focused on Finance & Compliance contractors, working with existing clients and long-standing relationships. We're open to candidates with varying levels of experience, and you'll be fully supported with structured training, ongoing development, and guidance from a highly experienced team. With a strong foundation already in place, you'll have the freedom to develop the desk further and put your own stamp on a trusted, well-recognised brand in insurance.
What you'll be doing
- Running the full 360 recruitment process within finance & compliance
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunting and building talent pools
- Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
- Helping shape the continued growth within specialism
- Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
- Client & candidate in person meetings
- Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
What we're looking for
- 1+ years experience in recruitment industry or sales/insurance
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
