We have partnered with a highly desirable Re/Insurer to find them a Capital Actuary to focus on all areas of the Capital function.
This is a great opportunity for any Capital Actuary or Consultant to gain exposure to senior stakeholders and exciting areas aimed at capital optimisation.
- Development, maintenance and use of the Igloo capital model and standard formula.
- Support business planning, risk analytics, strategic/operational decision making by providing insights into Risk, capital and profitability across re/insurance books.
- Working closely with Underwriting, Exposure Management, Finance, Claims, Reserving and Risk to support portfolio optimisation, reinsurance purchasing, capital allocation and capital management.
- Influence strategy and performance helping to shape underwriting strategy, growth, capital effciency, reinsurance structure, portfolio composition and risk appetite.
Base £100,000 - £125,000 plus strong bonus.
