Job Description
We're supporting a leading Financial Services organisation with the appointment of a Business Continuity & Resilience Officer to join their Operational Resilience team.
The company is continuing to invest significantly in resilience capability and is seeking a motivated individual to support the ongoing development of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience practices across the business.
The Opportunity
This role will play a key part in strengthening resilience capability through:
- Supporting and challenging Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
- Reviewing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
- Supporting Operational Resilience resource mapping
- Managing resilience vulnerabilities and actions
- Supporting crisis management and incident response activities
- Conducting supplier due diligence activities
- Supporting resilience governance, policies and standards
- Delivering business continuity awareness and training
About You We're interested in candidates with experience in:
- Business Continuity
- Operational Resilience
- Technology Resilience
- Risk Assurance
- Incident Management
- Crisis Management
Ideally gained within:
- Financial Services
- Insurance
- Banking
- Other regulated environments
