The role sits at the heart of underwriting operations and plays a key part in ensuring high quality data supports sound decision making across the business.You will gain broad exposure across delegated underwriting working closely with underwriting operations risk compliance finance and external partners. The role offers genuine development in systems data analysis reporting and stakeholder engagement within a collaborative and progressive environment.Key responsibilities Processing delegated underwriting bordereaux across multiple classes ensuring data is accurate complete timely and consistent Mapping transforming validating and uploading bordereaux data in line with Lloyd’s and internal standards Carrying out detailed data checks including premium risk and claims to support underwriting controls and regulatory use Maintaining clear and auditable bordereaux records across internal and market systems Responding to data queries and supporting MI and reporting requirements using existing and new reporting tools Producing standard and ad hoc reports to support internal teams and regulatory submissions Supporting coverholder onboarding monitoring and risk assessment activity Contributing to projects linked to system enhancements process improvements and delegated authority initiatives Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure strong data governance and delivery Experience you will need Experience working with bordereaux data within a delegated authority environment Good understanding of Lloyd’s market practices delegated authority frameworks and regulatory requirements Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach to data Confidence managing workload priorities and working to deadlines Clear communication skills across written and verbal channels This role would suit someone looking to deepen their expertise in bordereaux and delegated authority while building a long term career within a forward looking insurance business.
