They are seeking an experienced catastrophe modeller to lead its catastrophe modelling function within the Property & Casualty division. This role requires a highly organised professional with strong leadership and communication skills, as it involves regular interaction with brokers, clients, and markets via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering catastrophe modelling analysis and insights
  • Presenting results to stakeholders
  • Maintaining high data quality standards while advising clients on improvements where needed
  • Overseeing and enhancing team workflows and reporting tools
  • Managing internal and external relationships (including third-party vendors)
  • Supporting and training junior team members
  • Contributing to event response reporting
  • Staying current with developments in catastrophe modelling
  • Assisting other divisions when required
  • Handling additional duties as needed
