Our client, a leading UK motor insurer, is searching for a Head of Risk in their controls function. As part of our groupwide risk and control transformation programme, they are establishing a new Chief Controls Office (CCO) within the first line of defence.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team of skilled risk professionals who are reshaping their risk and control framework while positively influencing a culture of risk awareness across the organisation.
As a Head of Risk within the Chief Controls Office (CCO), you will play a pivotal role in redeveloping the end-to-end risk and control framework. This includes launching new Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), control testing, and implementing a new integrated risk management system. You will be part of a forward-thinking team focused on building risk management capabilities and supporting the first line of defence to ensure that risk is effectively managed throughout the business.
