Arthur, a global (re)insurance organisation, is seeking a senior risk leader to design and embed a Group-wide Internal Control Framework across an international platform, with a strong second-line focus.

You will lead the rollout, oversee RCSAs, incidents, KRIs and operational risk oversight, provide robust second-line challenge to senior stakeholders, and drive GRC system adoption and risk reporting, including stress testing and regulatory engagement.
