Job Description
We are working on an exclusive basis on a newly created opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial specialist broking team to play a central role in managing data for a growing delegated portfolio.The team oversees multiple binders and delegated arrangements and you will be supporting the markets by ensuring data accuracy, oversight, and robust reporting.You'll be ensuring the information flowing through the delegated portfolio is accurate, timely, and meaningful for both internal stakeholders and external partners. You’ll be hands-on with risk, premium, and claims data, helping to shape how it’s captured, monitored, and reported.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for delegated authority data across risk, premium, and claims bordereaux.
- Validate, cleanse, and reconcile incoming data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Produce reports and dashboards, turning raw data into insight for underwriters, managers, and follow markets.
- Monitor binder performance against agreed terms, checking for breaches and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Support operational processes, including coding, reporting, and fee allocations.
Experience Required:
- Strong technical skills, ideally with SQL and exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools, however training will be supported
- Experience in bordereaux, or wider London Market data handling.
- Ability to manipulate large data sets and provide clear, actionable insight.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of processes and deliver improvements.
- Previous exposure to reporting cycles, data validation, or binder oversight would be advantageous.
