Key responsibilities
- Taking ownership of bordereaux processing across risk and premium data.
- Managing the mapping and validation of bordereaux through the bordereaux management platform.
- Reviewing data quality issues and exception reports while identifying recurring trends.
- Monitoring bordereaux submissions and ensuring information is received within agreed timescales.
- Producing accurate MI and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Acting as a key contact for Underwriters and third party providers on bordereaux queries.
- Maintaining accurate delegated authority data and records across internal systems.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual workloads.
- Supporting projects focused on data quality and operational efficiency.
- Keeping processes aligned with Lloyd's Market requirements and wider regulatory expectations.
Experience you'll need
- Strong experience working with delegated authority data or bordereaux within the Lloyd's Market.
- Experience managing the mapping and validation of bordereaux data.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Excel with Power BI experience beneficial.
