  • Premium debt collection when due

  • Development of reports to enhance capabilities within the team

  • Processing of cash receipts in the underwriting system

  • Send and reconcile monthly policy slips/broker statements

  • Ensure that unallocated cash is cleared in a timely manner

  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with; Underwriters, Account Executives and Senior Management

  • Experienced in credit control within the insurance market

  • Excellent MS Excel skills

  • Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a changing environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with clients

Salaries are £45k – £55k depending on level and experience + benefits bonus and hybrid working.
